| Dr. Anita completed her MBBS from Chittagong Medical College in 1999 followed by FCPS in Internal Medicine from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons and CCD (Certified Course on Diabetology) from BIRDEM. She also did post-graduate training in Geriatric Medicine from Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital, USA. She has over 20 years of rich experience in the field of Medicine with a special interest in Geriatric Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Rheumatology. After completing her Internship at Chittagong Medical College. She joined as a Medical Officer at BIRDEM Hospital and received training from BSMMU in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. Later, she joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Shahid Captain Mansur Ali Medical College and Hospital. Before becoming a Consultant at Evercare Hospital Dhaka, she served at the same institute for 10 years in the Department of Internal Medicine in different capacities namely Registrar, Senior Registrar, and Specialist. Dr. Anita has several research and publications in national and international journals. |
