| Dr. Nikhat Shahla Afsar completed her graduation from Dhaka Medical College in May 1990 and started her career as a clinical fellow of medicine in ICDDR, B. She joined Government service in 1994 (13th BCS) and served in different health complexes in the country. Later on, Dr. Nikhat Shahla Afsar served at Dhaka Medical College as a Medical Officer for two years. She served as Assistant Registrar in the Department of Medicine of Chittagong Medical College and Hospital for 2 years. Dr. Nikhat Shahla Afsar completed her MD in (IPGMR) in January 2003. She served as a Resident Physician and Junior Consultant in Dhaka Mohanagor General Hospital for 3 years on deputation from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of LGRD. She joined Uttara Adhunik Medical College & Hospital as an Assistant professor in June 2007. She has many publications and has presented research papers in many seminars. Before joining Evercare Hospital Dhaka, she was working in Uttara Adhunik Medical College as an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine. |
