| Dr. Shamim Ara Begum is a highly accomplished hematologist who earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from (CMC), followed by an M.Phil in Clinical Pathology from (BSMMU), & a Fellow of the College of Physicians & Surgeons in Hematology from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. With over 15 years of large involvement in diagnosing & managing a wide range of blood disorders & hematologic malignancies, she specializes in the treatment of anemia, thalassemia, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy, & blood cancers such as leukemia, lymphoma, & multiple myeloma (MM).
