| Dr. Shoaib Ahmad earned his bachelor’s degree in medicine & surgery in 1980 from Chittagong Medical College. He has over 45 years of experience. For most of his professional career, he practised as a general physician in several countries across the globe, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, & the United Kingdom. In Bangladesh, he trained in internal medicine at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur University (BSMMU) & pediatrics at Dhaka Shishu Hospital. He qualified for PLAB from the GMC (UK) and obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from the State University of Bangladesh. He got his post-graduate diploma in Family Medicine (FMD) from the (US) & Technology Chittagong in 2005. Dr. Shoaib also did certificate courses on diabetes (CCD) from BIRDEM & cardiology (CCCD) from the (NHFH) & Research Institute. He has worked as an administrator & physician in many renowned private hospitals in Dhaka, such as Central Hospital, United Hospital (UH), Green Life Medical College & Hospital, CARE Specialized Hospital, and BRB Hospital. |
