He completed his MBBS from Dhaka University, Master of Public Health from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, and Certificate Course on Diabetology from BIRDEM. He is a specialist in nephrology, diabetology, and family medicine. Dr. Shoib worked in reputed medical facilities, including Life Care Medical Center Dhaka, Go Assist Ltd, and other government organizations.
